We are a team that loves creating a fun, excellent, and safe environment where kids can learn the Word of God to become a difference maker in the world around them.

 

Kids

Really cool volunteer perks:

Don’t have to worry about what to wear to church! We have a green shirt for you!


Seeing a kid’s eyes light up when you are in the room serving! Those excited to see you

hugs are the BEST!


Praying with kids, even if it’s something little to us, it makes a huge difference to them!

Kids Impressions Team:

  • Welcome families of Riverpark and first-time guests with a smile!

  • Help check-in new families into the system.

  • Show families the room their children will be in and explain our check-in and checkout policies.



Carousel Team:

Operating the carousel. It’s simpler than your cellphone!! Make sure families of Riverpark get all the smiles and laughs!



Nursery:

Lead Volunteer

  •  Greet parents at the door. 

  • Make sure everything is running smoothly. 

  • Make sure the room stays on schedule with diaper changes, etc. 

  • Check tags during checkout.


Volunteer 

  • Play with the older babies 

  • Oversee snack time 

  • Pray over babies during diaper changes. 

  • Feed smaller babies and rock them when needed!


2/3s:

Lead Volunteer 

  • Greet parents at the door 

  • Make sure everything is running smoothly. 

  • Make sure the room stays on schedule with potty time, snacks, lessons, diaper changes, etc. 

  • Lead kids in the lesson and worship!

Volunteer: 

  • Greet kids and “play” with them when they first arrive. 

  • Get on their level and start conversations with them! 

  • Help keep their attention on the Lead during the lesson.

  • Be a good example during worship and the lesson/prayer times. 

  • Help lead provided material in small group sessions and be willing and available to pray with the kids. 


Media: 

  • Runs very simple audio system.  

  • Runs a very simple computer program called Propresenter during lessons and worship to control what is projected onto the screen.

 

YTH

Student Leader - As a student leader, your sole responsibility is to love the youth. Whether this looks like leading a small group on a Sunday morning or going to their soccer games, your purpose and mission is love. Being a student leader means being a minister of the Gospel to the next generation. If you have a passion for seeing middle school and high school students coming to know Jesus and growing in that, then this is the perfect place for you.
